How do I purchase a product?
To purchase a product you can do so automatically by clicking the black button that says “G Pay” located to the right of the product image. Don’t forget to select the colour of your product beforehand!
If you want to keep browsing other products before paying you can simply add it to your shopping cart by clicking the orange button that says “add to cart”.
Once you have everything you want you click the bag icon on the top-right corner of the page—there are the details of your order: product, colour and quantity. Pause, read it and make sure everything is correct. Proceed by clicking the
pink button that says “check out” and fill in the details for payment and delivery method, et voilà!
Now comes the hardest part: waiting!
How do I pay for the product?
Once you are in the check out page you need to select your payment method, there are two options: with credit card or with Google Pay.
If you want to pay with credit card you need to have the number, expiration date and security code at hand. After you fill out all the information you have to press the pink button at the bottom of the page that reads “pay now” and wait with your arms opened for your new leather bag!
With Google Pay you’ll do an express check out, just press the black button that says “G Pay” and it’ll appear the details of your credit card that’s saved in your device, all that’s left to do is press the blue button that reads “pay” and c’est fini!
What are the delivery methods?
We are a Zürich based company, so of course we use the reliable and beloved Swiss Post to deliver our products. The bags are sent in a parcel that can take 3-5 working days to get to you, but we assure you it’s worth the wait!
Recommendation for bags made of the finest floater leather: Leather bags are a tough and reliable product, so when the parcel arrives at your place make sure to take it out of the box and hang it with its stuffing inside so it goes back to its original shape after all those hours stuck in a box.
How can I contact PAMPA LUNA?
In the home menu you can find the contact us page to send us a direct and private message.
You can do the same via email at pampaluna.ch@gmail.com and we’ll make sure to answer you as soon as possible. We won’t leave you hanging!

What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after you receive the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: it must be unworn and unused.
- Contact us through our email pampaluna.ch@gmail.com to receive the return details.
- Pack the PAMPA LUNA product including all components (e.g., straps, dustbag) in the original packaging or another box of adequate size
- Drop off the box at the local post office
We will issue a refund for the returned product within 10 business days of receiving it.
